Tenant Info

All tenants are required to complete our tenancy application form and provide 100 points of identification.

Applicants will be reviewed and screened through at least one tenancy database. Applicants will not be processed if they have not physically inspected the property.

Jeff Adams Real Estate understands how difficult it can be to personally attend the office and pay rent. We offer a user friendly online payment system for your convenience.

At the beginning of the rental agreement tenants are required to pay the following:

• the equivalent of 4 weeks rent as bond
• 2 weeks rent in advance
• a lease preparation fee of $15.00

Tenants can also utilise our online repairs notification system. Just scroll over leasing and down to repair request form where you can fill out the required information and one of our property managers will soon be in contact.
