Our office takes great care when screening potential tenants. Tenants are required to fill out a comprehensive 3 page application that requires information on previous rental history, income and contactable references. All tenants are also screened via Australia’s largest tenancy database, TICA. This database is utilised by many real estate agents who can flag tenants that have a poor rental history.

At the end of each financial month, landlords receive a detailed statement outlining rental payments and expenditure. Landlords also receive a monthly newsletter published by Jeff Adams Real Estate that aims to keep you up to date with new real estate laws, information from leading real estate organisations and tips to keep your investment property at its peak.
